摘要
目的比较Crystaleye比色仪和目测法比色的准确性。方法对21位受试者的左上颌中切牙分别用目测法和Crystaleye比色仪比色,并根据2种比色结果为每位受试者制作2个金属烤瓷冠,分别为目测组和Crys-taleye组,用Crystaleye比色仪测定每组金属烤瓷冠与天然牙颈、中、切色差ΔE、ΔL*、Δa*、Δb*值,对差值进行配对t检验(α=0.05)。每位受试者和2名医师分别对2个金属烤瓷冠颜色准确性进行评分,对2组得分进行t检验(α=0.05)。结果除金属烤瓷冠中部Δb*值外(P<0.05),2组ΔE、ΔL*、Δa*、Δb*值的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。目测评分,Crystaleye组平均分为22.90分,目测组平均分为23.14分,2组差异无统计学意义(t=0.370,P=0.715)。结论临床上可用Crystaleye比色仪辅助医师比色。
Objective To compare the accuracy of two shade-matching approaches: visual method and Crystaleye spectrophotometer.Methods Twenty-one participants'maxillary left central incisors were evaluated.Corresponding metal ceramic crowns were fabricated with each shade-matching approach.The color distributions(L*,a* and b*) of the cervical,middle,and incisal regions of each tooth and corresponding metal ceramic crowns were spectrophotometrically assessed.The color difference(ΔE) and color distributions(ΔL*,Δa* and Δb*) between the tooth and the corresponding crowns were calculated.The ΔE,ΔL*,Δa* and Δb* values were compared using paired t test separately.Each participant and two dentists evaluated the color matching accuracy by scored it from 1 to 10.The values were compared using paired t test.Results Regarding ΔE and the three color distributions,no significant difference was found,except for b*(P0.05) of the middle third region.No significant difference was found regarding values of the two groups.Conclusion Crystaleye spectrophotometer can be used in clinic to assist dentists in shade matching process.
