摘要 介绍采用双CPU控制对通用磨床实施数控技术改造 ,实现砂轮磨削控制和图形显示实时显示 ,从而实现了视窗化操作界面。该法具有可靠性高、通用性好、简单实用、易于扩展等优点。在西北轴承磨削加工生产中应用表明 ,质量大为提高 ,加工效率提高了3倍。 Introduces how to using double CPU control technology to realized the Data-control technical of general Milling bed.So as to achieve the real-time disliay of grinding control and picture display, and realized visual-operating Interface. It has advantages such as: high-reliability, good generalization, simple, applicable and easy to be expanded.
