中药面膜联合胶原贴辅助治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

Therapeutic efficacy of topical herbal mask combined with collagen dressing in the auxiliary treatment of facial HDD

目的观察中药面膜联合胶原贴辅助治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法 98例患者随机分成两组,治疗组50例,对照组48例。所有患者均口服氯雷他定片,对照组给予胶原贴敷料外敷,每晚1次,连续使用2周,以后1次/2d;治疗组在上述治疗基础上加用中药面膜,第1周1次/d,第2周后1次/2d。共4周。结果治疗后,两组主观指标、客观指标及临床症状总积分均明显下降,治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且两组患者的症状、体征均有不同程度的好转,治疗组有效率为82.0%,对照组有效率为64.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药面膜联合胶原贴辅助治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎安全、有效。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of topical herbal mask combined with collagen dressing in the auxiliary treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis. Methods 98 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in the treatment group and 48 cases in the control group. All patients were treated with loratadine once a day. For the control group, patients were given collagen dressing alone once a day for two weeks, and then followed by once every two days. For the treatment group, the patients were treated herbal mask on the basis of the above treatment once a day in the first week, and then once every two days in the second week. The total course of treatment was four weeks. Results After the treatment, the symptoms and signs were improved in varying degrees. In the treatment group, the effective rate was 82.0% and the efficiency was 66.7%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. The observation group had no adverse reactions. Conclusion Topical herbal mask combined with collagen dressing treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis is a safe and effective method.
