南京园林植物根际滑刃线虫和剑线虫种类记述

Characterization of Aphelenchida and Xiphinema spp. from rhizosphere of ornamental trees in Nanjing, eastern China

查明南京园林植物根际寄生线虫种类及其分布情况,为有效防治线虫病害提供科学依据,2009年10月至2010年7月,对南京栖霞区、江宁区、浦口区苗圃地的40种园林植物根际的寄生线虫种类进行了初步调查,根据形态特征和测计值的比较,鉴定出滑刃线虫和剑线虫各2个种,分别是燕麦真滑刃线虫(Aphelenchus avenae)、内卷滑刃线虫(Aphelenchoides involutus)、美洲剑线虫(Xiphinema americanum)和标明剑线虫(X.insigne)。有10种植物为美洲剑线虫的新寄主,2种植物为标明剑线虫的新寄主。

To provide useful information for effective protection on nematode, the study focused on the investigation of species of parasitic nematode and their distribution in rhizoshphere soil of ornamental trees. The nematodes were isolated from the rhizoshpere of 40 ornamental trees in plantation nurseries at Qixia, Jiangning and Pukou of Nanjing, eastern China during October 2009 to July 2010. Based on the morphology and morphometric values, the nematodes were identified as Aphelenchus avenae, Aphelenchoides involutus, Xiphinema americanum and X. insigne. Moreover, 10 tree species were found to be the new host for X. americanum and 2 for X. insigne, respectively.
