摘要
针对传统引信测试系统模块化、自动化水平低、测试精度不高、技术升级困难的现状,介绍了引信自动测试系统的测试原理,硬件、软件实现方法,通过虚拟仪器技术开发出了测试系统。该测试系统主要由工控机、通用测试仪器、一体化电源、目标模拟器组成,编程软件采用LabWindows/CVI。采用工控机通过GPIB标准接口程序控制通用仪器的方法完成对引信产品的测试。实际工程测试表明:使用该测试系统能够在功能、精度等方面达到预期的要求。
The method of designing ATS based on virtual instrument technology for the missile fuse is presented against the poor molularzations and difficulties of upgradeing the traditional missile fuze automatic test system. This system introduces the principle of the ATS and the method of its software and hardware. It develops the test system with the virtual instrument technology. This test system is composed of an industrial computer , common apparatus ,intergration power supply , target simulator , and the programming software uses LabWindows/CVI . The industrial computer controls the common apparatus to complete the test with the method of GPIB . The result of the engineering test shows that this system can meet the demands on its function and precision .
