摘要
针对油田钻井过程中的测漏问题,为保证准确地检测出油井的漏失位置或地层,同时为提高整套测量装置的精度,开展了对测漏仪的关键技术传感器收发电路的设计进行研究。文中讨论了超声波时差法的测量原理,在此基础上设计出传感器探头的接收电路和发射电路,实现了利用传感器探头发射和接收信号的功能,为后续电路和信号处理提供了基础。在实验室环境中搭建简易的实验装置,进行相关实验,实验结果表明,探头的发射接收电路的性能良好。
This paper in view of the oilfield drilling process of leak problem,in order to ensure accurate detection of oil leakage position or formation,and at the same time,in order to improve the precision of measuring device of a complete set of, began to leak detector the key technology of sensor and the design of the circuit were studied. This paper discusses the method of time difference measuring principle of ultrasonic, and based on this, design the sensor probe receiving circuit and emission circuit,realize the use of sensor probe transmit and receive signal function,for subsequent circuit and signal processing to provide the foundation. In the laboratory environment build simple experiment device, carries on the related experiments, the experimental results show that the probe launch reception circuit performance is good.
