益肾通痹方对肾虚型大鼠膝骨性关节炎血清MDA、NO、T-SOD、E_2的影响

Effects of Yishen Tongbi Prescription on Contents of MDA,NO, T-SOD and E_2 in Rat Serum of Kidney Deficiency with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察益肾通痹方对肾虚型大鼠膝骨性关节炎血清MDA、NO、T-SOD、E2的影响。方法:制备肾虚型膝骨性关节炎大鼠模型,随机分为模型组、假手术组和益肾通痹方低、中、高剂量组和盐酸氨基葡萄糖片组,待模型成功后模型组和假手术组灌服生理盐水,给药组灌服相应的药物,灌胃1个月后腹主动脉采血,检测各组大鼠血清MDA、NO、T-SOD及E2的水平。结果:与模型组、假手术组比较,益肾通痹方各组、盐酸氨基葡萄糖片组大鼠血清MDA、NO均降低、T-SOD、E2均增高,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),以中剂量组较为显著(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:益肾通痹方可以降低肾虚型膝骨性关节炎大鼠血清中MDA、NO的含量,增加T-SOD、E2的含量,清除氧自由基,降低脂质过氧化程度,从而达到保护关节软骨、防治骨关节炎的目的。

Objective：To observe the effects of Yishen Tongbi Prescription on contents of MDA, NO, T-SOD and E2 in rat serum of kidney deficiency with knee osteoarthritis. Methods：Rat model of kidney deficiency with knee osteoarthritis was established and randomly divided into model group, sham-operation group, Yishen Tongbi Prescription groups （low, medium and high dosages）, and glucosamine hydrochloride tablet group. Rats in modelogroup and sham-operation group re- ceived gastric administration of normal saline, while rates in treatment groups received the corresponding drugs. One months later, blood samples were obtained through abdominal aorta for detection of MDA, NO, T-SOD and E2 levels. Re- suits：Compared to model group and sham-operation group, the serum levels of MDA and NO were lower in Yishen Tongbi Prescription groups and glucosamine hydrochloride tablet group, while the levels of T-SOD and E2 were increased （P〈0. 05）. The most obvious effect was shown in medium dosage of Yishen Tongbi Prescription group compared to other groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Yishen Tongbi Prescription can reduce serum levels of MDA and NO in rats of kidney deficiency with knee osteoarthritis, increase that of T-SOD and E2, remove oxygen free radicals, and reduce lipid peroxidation degree, so as to protect the articular cartilage and prevent knee osteoarthritis.
