经皮定位微创PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折36例 被引量:4

摘要 临床上股骨粗隆间骨折好发于老年患者,大约占髋部骨折的60%~70%,由于老年人多数伴有内科疾病,治疗上以降低死亡率、减少并发症及提高生活质量为目标;防旋股骨近端髓内钉(proximal femoral nail antirotation,PFNA)是在PFN基础上发展而来的,因抗旋转稳定性较强及远端具有动、静两种锁钉孔设计而得到广泛应用。2009年6月以来,作者采用经皮克氏针定位引导微创小切口PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折36例,取得满意疗效,现报告如下。
