壳聚糖絮凝沉降法对麻黄水提取液仲胺类生物碱成分影响的研究

摘要 目的:研究壳聚糖絮凝沉降法对麻黄水提液中仲胺类生物碱的影响。方法 :选用含有仲胺类生物碱成分的中药麻黄,壳聚糖絮凝沉降法对麻黄水提液进行沉淀澄清,以水提液中盐酸麻黄碱和浸膏率为观察指标,同乙醇沉淀法、高速离心法比较,研究壳聚糖絮凝沉降法对仲胺类生物碱成分的影响情况。结果:壳聚糖絮凝沉降法同乙醇沉淀法、高速离心法比较,该法造成的盐酸麻黄碱的损失最多,对原药液的成分及成分组成比例改变较大;该法和高速离心法的浸膏率高,精制效果差。结论:壳聚糖絮凝沉降法造成生物碱类成分损失较大,对原药液中成分及成分组成影响较大且精致效果较差,因此该法能否在生物碱类的澄清工艺中使用,有待于进一步研究。 Objective:Study on the influence of chitosan flocculation settlement method on secondury amine alkaloids of ephedra water extract. Methods:effect choosing ephedra contained secondary amine alkaloid amponents,chitosan flocculation sedimentation method was used to detect ephedra water extract. The ephedrine hydrochloride and extract rate were observed, comparied with ethanol precipitation method and high speed centrifugation method to study on the effect of chitosan flocculation sedimentation method. Results:Compared with ethanol precipitation' method and centrifugal method,the loss of ephedrine hydrochloride in chitosan flocculation precipitation method was the most. Chitosan flocculation sedimentation method can change the original liquid medicine composition and composition of proportion. Extract rate were high,the refining effect was poor in chitosan flocculatton sedimentation method and the high speed centrifugal method. Conclusions:Chitosan flocculation caused greater loss of alkaloids,the original liquid composition and composition of influential and delicate effect is poor. Therefore,we need further study on chitosan flocculation sedimentation method in the alkaloids clarification process.
