摘要
本文以目标管理的产生、发展和管理原则为出发点 ,结合当前电信企业经营管理和维护管理的实际情况 ,论述了如何在电信企业实现目标管理的方法 ,引导企业从事务管理向业务流程管理转变 ,通过改革现有的业务流程和组织结构达到提高管理效率的目标。
This article is based on the principles of the management by objective theory .The author combines the present situation and bring up an idea of how to realize the MBO in telecommunications company. The only way to improve the management efficiency is to change the present procedures and organization structure.
