摘要
本文阐述了标准与标准化的基本概念,分析了高校图书馆实行服务标准化的内涵与意义,探讨了制定高校图书馆服务标准应该遵循的基本原则,论述了高校图书馆服务的基础性标准、服务质量标准、服务管理标准、服务流程标准等标准体系的主要内容以及高校图书馆服务标准化的主要指标体系;论述了ISO9000质量标准体系对高校图书馆实行服务标准化的借鉴作用。
This paper describes the basic concepts of standards and standardization and analyzes the meaning and significance of the implementation of the university library standard services.The paper also explores the basic principles of the development of the university library standard services and discusses the main content of the university library standard services system,such as,the basic library standards,the quality assessment standards,and work flow standards as well as the key indicator system of the university library service standardization.Finally the paper analyzes the ISO9000 quality standard system which can be a great re-source for establishing the university library service standardization.
