文化共享工程是政府实施的一项文化惠民工程,基层队伍建设是保障工程持续发展的重要基础。文章在总结三年来管理中心培训工作的基础上,就文化共享工程培训工作的相关观念、体系、网络和内容等方面内容进行了探讨。

National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project（also referred to as ＂Cultural Sharing Project＂） is a government-implemented cultural ＂Huimin project＂（people-benefiting project）,team building is the important basis for ensuring the sustainable development of the Project.This article discussed the training concepts,system,network and content of Cultural Sharing Project based on summarizing the three-years training achievement of National Cultural Information Resources Development Management Center.
