摘要
糖肽类抗生素A40926产生菌YT-B2126经紫外线和甲磺酸乙酯复合诱变处理,结合抗生素抗性筛选,获得一株高产菌株YT-B2126-G11,其A40926 B0组分摇瓶发酵单位为1.2 g/L,较出发菌株提高了93%,且遗传稳定性良好。在500 L发酵罐上,A40926 B0组分的发酵单位达到1.1 g/L。
Glycopeptide antibiotic A40926-producing strain YT-B2126 was treated by complex mutation treatment of UV and ethyl methanesulfonate, and was screened with resistance screening technology. One mutant named YT-B2126-G11 was obtained. The titer ofA40926 B0 in shaking flasks of the mutant strain was 1.2 g/L, 93 % higher than that of parent strain. The mutant strain showed high hereditary stability. In a 500 L fermentor, the productivity ofA40926 B0 reached 1.1 g/L.
