摘要
概述欧美等国屠宰法规有关静养的规定,探讨其存在的基础,对比其优缺点,并结合中国屠宰法规宰前静养规定实际生产中存在的问题,提出完善宰前静养规定的建议。
The slaughter regulations relating to pig rest in Europe and America were reviewed in this paper, and their existing basis and the advantages and disadvantages was discussed. Combining with existing problems of pig rest regulation during practical production in our country, some suggestions were proposed.
