FISH技术检测hTERC基因对宫颈上皮内瘤变发展的前瞻性评估 被引量:3

Prospective evalution for the Fluorescence in situ hybridization detection of hTERC gene in diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

摘要 端粒酶RNA(human telomerase RNA component,hTERC)基因位于3号染色体长臂,在各级宫颈病变均有一定的表达,对于高级别宫颈病变的诊断,有较高的敏感度、特异度及阳性预测值。采用荧光原位杂交技术(fluorescence in situ hybridization,FISH)对hTERC基因进行检测,在宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)的筛查、诊断和治疗中均有较好的辅助作用。 Telomerase RNA ( human of telomerase RNA component of hTERC) gene,located in the long arm of chromosome 3, was observed in all levels of cervical lesions which were certain expression, for high level of the diagnosis of cervical lesions ,with higher sensitivity, specificity and positive predictive value. The Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) detection of hTERC gene might play a promising auxiliary role in diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).
