影响氢氧化镁粉体过滤速率的工艺研究

摘要 采用沉淀法制备超细Mg(OH)2粉体,通过选择单一、混合沉淀剂和控制沉淀剂的比例、反应温度,并且采用水循环真空泵测定氢氧化镁的过滤速率。实验结果表明:当转速约为200r/min,物料添加速度约为3mL/min,搅拌时间为0.5h时,复配沉淀剂对超细Mg(OH)2晶体过滤速率有明显的提高。随着反应温度的升高,过滤速率呈现先增大后减小的趋势。通过提高过滤速率,有助于实现整个沉镁过程的精确控制和连续化操作,降低了生产成本。 Via choosing single or compound precipitation agent, controlling the ratio of precipitation agent and reaction temperature, using water cycling vacuum pump, the rate of filtration of magnesium hydroxide powder which is made by means of the method of precipitation was measured. The experiment results show that when rotating speed is 200r/min, material adding speed is 3mL/min, mixing time is 0.5h, the filtration rate of superfine magnesium hydroxide was markedly improved because of compound precipitation agent. As reaction temperature rising ,the rate of filtration rose at the beginning, then declined. By means of improving the filtration rate,it can contributed to control accurately the whole precipitation process and operate successively, at the same time ,it can decrease industry production cost.
