摘要
从优化陕西经济社会硬环境和软环境两方面 ,探讨了交通通信、生态建设、政策法规、法制环境和中介市场等多方面的具体对策 ,以期营造良好的经济社会硬软环境 ,吸引外部生产要素来投入陕西大开发。
From optimizing the hard and soft environment of ShaanXi economic society, this paper discusses many specific countermeasures of communications, telecom munications, ecological construction, policies, laws and regulations, legal surroundings and medium markets in order to build a sound economic social environment and attract the external production factors to the west development.
