从电信市场环境变化入手 ,分析市场研究工作在当今电信企业生存发展中所占据的重要地位 ,提出电信企业必须重视市场研究 ,通过强化市场研究转变观念、改善效率、强化竞争、满足需要、实施创新 ,使中国电信企业不断发展壮大 ;同时对如何加强市场研究工作提出了几点建议。
According to the changes of telecommunication market environment,the article analyzes that market research plays a very important role in the exist and development of telecommunication enterprises. It then puts forward that the telecommunication enterprises should strengthen market research in order to change ideas, improve efficiency, strengthen competition, satisfy demands and implement innovations to advance the Chinese telecommunication enterprises. Finally,it puts forward some advice on how to strengthen the market research.
