The New Trend of Development on Western Management

20世纪 90年代以来 ,西方管理出现了一些新的变化趋势。这些趋主要有企业经营目标多元化 ,企业再造成为主流 ,企业能力理论研究方兴未艾 ,建立学习型组织 ,普遍建立战略联盟 ,智力资本成为最重要的资本 ,进行基准化等。西方管理新趋势是适应经济全球化、市场化和信息化的必然结果。在诸多的发展趋势中企业能力是主流 ,如何获得和保持竞争优势是关键。

Scince the 1990s, a few new changing trends have come out in western management, mainly such as enterprise managing multi-objectives, the tide of reengineering the corporation,the ascendent in the theoretical research about competence of the corporation, building up cultivating organization,generally forming strategic alliance, intellectual capital becoming the most important one, engaging in benchmarking and so on. The new trend on western management is the inevitable outcome of being suited to economic globalisation, marketization and informationization.Among many developing trends, the competence of the corporation becomes the main stream, furthermore, how to get and keep competitive advantage is the key to the question.
