摘要
针对FCM算法容易收敛于局部极小点的缺陷,将一种优化的遗传算法应用于FCM上,很好地解决了算法的抗局部收敛性。实验结果表明,改进后的算法不仅保留着原FCM算法的快速收敛优势,还很好地控制了局部收敛,提高了算法的全局搜索能力,具有更好的聚类性能。
To solve the problem that FCM algorithm is easy to converge to a local minimum point , an optimization of the genetic algorithm is applied to FCM ,which is well against local convergence of the algorithm. The final experimental results shows that the improved algorithm not only retains the advantages of rapid convergence , but also it can control the local convergence and improve the global search ability ,and it has better clustering performance.
