This article analyses the problems lay in electronic reading room in the library of Jieyang Vocational and Technical College and has specific research on self-programming of management software in electronic reading room. In order to promote the automatic charging management ,make it convenient for readers to use the information resources in the electronic reading room and enhance the efficiency of the staffs in the library ,this article puts forward some suggestions on how to develop VB programming of automatic charging and introduces the innovation of modules and the building-up of the system.
