摘要 采用Apache+PHP+MySQL技术设计开发了三层结构模式的视频直播网站——"武警黄金部队学术交流平台",利用Windows MediaEncoder进行学术交流现场的音视频采集,Windows Media Server进行视频发布,直播和点播的流媒体内容嵌入到HTML网页,用户用IE、FireFox等浏览器登录浏览视频直播网页即可实现网络视频直播和点播。 Using Apache+PHP+MySQL technology design and development of three layer structure mode of live video website " the academic exchange platform of CAPF gold " , it uses Windows MediaEncoder to carry out academic exchanges live audio and video collection, Windows Media Server video release, live and on-demand streaming media content into the HTML webpage, users with IE, FireFox browser browse webpage can realize video broadcast network broadcast live and ondemand video.
