市场萎缩、震灾、激烈的竞争、法律失效、后继乏人等使得日本食品超市业界刮起并购之风。通过并购完成组织重组,实现规模化效益,是超市今后生存发展的主要途径。此外,提升服务水平、加强超市自身建设也是必由之路。这对我们也将带来一些启示。
Such factors as slowdowns, earthquake, keen competition, legal invalidation and no qualified successors resulted in the movement of mergers & acquisitions among the grocery supermarkets in Japan. It is the major approch for the supermarkets to survive in the future to regroup and achieve economy of scale by M&A. In addition, it is necessary to upgrade services and strengthen self-construction.
