摘要
目的调查奥西某水泥公司水泥粉磨站的工艺特点、职业病危害因素的种类及浓(强)度,提出相应的控制措施。方法对水泥粉磨站的工艺流程、职业病危害因素种类及现场检测的资料进行收集、整理与分析。结果该水泥粉磨站工艺特点为采用新技术设备。职业病危害因素主要是粉尘(水泥尘、矽尘、石灰石粉尘、石膏粉尘和熟料尘)和噪声2类。粉尘时间加权平均(TWA)浓度范围0.3~44.4 mg/m3,超标率53.3%;短时间接触浓度(STEL)范围0.3~68.0 mg/m3,超标率19.0%。水泥粉尘浓度超标38.9%~58.3%,熟料尘浓度超标11.1%~33.3%,矽尘、石灰石粉尘和石膏粉尘浓度均在国家职业卫生限值范围内。作业岗位的个体噪声强度为78.9~86.4 dB(A),超标率为16.7%。结论该项目职业病危害因素为水泥粉尘、熟料粉尘和噪声。对此提出了职业病危害预防控制措施和管理措施,以保护劳动者身体健康。
[Objective]To investigate the process characteristics,species and exposure levels of occupational hazards in grinding station of a cement enterprise of Aoxi,and put forward related control measures.[Methods]The production process,species of occupational hazards and field detection data in the cement grinding station were collected and analyzed.[Results] The cement grinding station technology was characterized by adopting new technology and equipment.Noise and dust(cement dust,silica dust,limestone dust,gypsum dust and clinker dust) were primary occupational hazards.Dust TWA ranged from 0.3-44.4 mg/m3,with over standard rate of 53.3%;The STEL ranged from 0.3-68.0 mg/m3,with over standard rate of 19.0%.Cement dust concentrations exceeded the standard from 38.9%-58.3%;clinker dust concentrations exceeded the standard from 11.1%-33.3%;silica dust,limestone dust and plaster dust concentration were within the national occupation health limits.The individual noise intensity was 78.9-86.4 dB(A),with over standard rate of 16.7%.[Conclusion]The occupation hazards of this project is cement dust,clinker dust and noise.Therefore,the occupational hazards prevention and control measures and management measures were put forward to protect the health of workers.
