摘要
目的了解石家庄市学生人群结核病健康教育的工作现状,探讨学生人群结核病防治工作的重点和对策。方法 2012年,采用整群分层抽样的方法,随机对石家庄市8所学校在校生进行现场问卷调查。结果结核病核心信息知晓率为77.70%;90.10%的学生听说过结核病;58.04%的学生是通过广播、电视等媒体了解结核病防治知识,51.81%通过学校健康教育;文化程度越高结核病知晓率越高(大学生96.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论该市学生结核病防治知识知晓率较低,广播、电视、学校健康教育等是获取知识的主渠道,应加大学校健康教育力度、设宣传栏、班级板报等多种形式强化对学生结核病宣教工作。
[Objective]To understand the status of tuberculosis（TB） health education among students in Shijiazhuang City,and discuss the TB control focus and countermeasures.[Methods]Questionnaire survey was performed on students from 8 schools who were randomly selected by stratified sampling method.[Results]The awareness of TB core information was 77.70%;90.10% of students heard of TB;58.04% obtained TB control knowledge via broadcast,TV and other media,51.81% via school health education.Educational level was positively correlated with TB awareness rate（96.3 %of college student）,the difference was significant（P0.01）.[Conclusion]The awareness rate of TB control knowledge I relatively low in Shijiazhuang City.The main channels of knowledge access are broadcast,TV,school health education.It is necessary to strengthen health education,to set up bulletin board,classroom blackboard to enhance TB propaganda and education among students.
