摘要
对所有的子网络都不要求知道其网络内部结构和参数,而仅根据子网络的端口伏安关系就可进行子网络的故障诊断称为“黑箱”子网络诊断,本文就这一类诊断进行探讨并提出了正交投影来定位单一子网络故障的方法。使用这一方法只需一次测试便可定位故障子网络,并且不存在误差的传递性问题,因此对于多端集成电器件的电路故障诊断具有理论和实际意义。
“black box” sub-network fault diagnosis means a kind of diagnosis only based on the Volt-Ampere characteristic derived from the outside terminals of the sub-network concerned. To do this, it is not necessary to know the internal structure and parameters. In this paper , “orthogonal projection method” is developed for the fault diagnosis of single-subnetwork. Using this method, the fault can be located by testing the sub-network in question only once, and without the problem of error propagation. Therefore, the proposed method has theoretical and practical significance for multi-terminal integrated circuit fault diagnosis.
