线斑激光诱导荧光微池检测器的研制及性能测试

摘要 以930荧光光度计为框架,匹配自制石英荧光微池及532 nm线状光斑激发光源,研制了线斑激光诱导荧光微池检测器(LIF–D)。以罗丹明B为样品评价该检测器的性能,连续10次进样,峰高测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.2%,检出限为5.0×10–6g/L(S/N≥3,进样体积20μL),质量检出限为1.0×10–10g,线性范围为5.0×10–6~2.0×10–2g/L(r=0.9983)。 Based on the structure of the 930 fluorometer, a line spot laser-induced fluorescence detector (LIF-D) was developed. A custom-made line spot laser (exciting at 532 nm) was used as the excitation source, and a fused silica fluo- rescence micro cell was used as the testing pool. Rhodamine B was employed to evaluate the performance of the detector. In 10 continuous injections, the relative standard deviation of peak height detection results was 1.2%. Detection limit was 5×10^-6 g/L (S/N ≥3) and linear range was 5 ×10^-6-2 ×10^-2 g/L (r=0.998 3).
