连续流动分析法测定烟草中K^+和Cl~–的不确定度评定 被引量:2

摘要 采用连续流动分析法测定烟草中钾离子和氯离子含量,分析了测量不确定度的主要来源如样品水分测量、萃取液体积、样品浓度等,对各不确定度度分量进行了评定和计算。当钾离子、氯离子含量分别为1.66%,0.61%时,扩展不确定度分别为0.04%,0.02%。提出了连续流动分析法测定烟草中钾离子和氯离子时保证结果准确可靠的措施。 Potassium and chloride ion content in the tobacco were determined by continuous flow analysis method. Resources of determination uncertanity such as water detection, extraction solution volume, sample concentration and so on were analysed. Uncertainty component was evaluated and calculated. The expanded uncertainty was 0.04% for potassium and 0.02% for chloride as potassium and chloride content were 1.66% and 0.61%, respectively. Measures were proposed to guarantee the accuracy of the results detected by continuous flow analysis method.
