摘要
在实际生产中,基于CAM软件,对大批量小尺寸曲面类零件进行自动编程加工,单件加工耗时过长,而通过增大背吃刀量及加大指令进给速度都不能明显提高加工效率。文中通过合理设置工艺参数,在保证零件加工质量的前提下,达到提高生产效率的目的。
Based on the CAM software, single-piece processing time is too long for the mass and small-size curvcd surface parts in actual automatic programming and machining. Processing efficiency cannot be significantly improved by increasing the cutting depth and feed rate. Production efficiency is improved by setting reasonable processing parameter, which can also ensure the quality of the parts processing.
