卸箱流程的优化设计

摘要 将空啤酒瓶与啤酒瓶箱分离并将其送入消毒车间一直是啤酒生产的关键,也是提高啤酒生产效率的瓶颈。为了拓展啤酒生产的更大空间,文中着重研究了如何高效地使啤酒瓶与啤酒箱分离。通过分析卸箱流程,对传送带和瓶装箱进行了技术改造,开发了一套新型传输分离技术,既节约了资本,又提高了效率。 The separation between empty beer bottles and bottles boxes before putting them into the sterilization workshop is key technology for wine production. It is also a bottleneck to improve the efficiency of beer production. In order to expand more space for beer production, how to separate the beer bottles and beer crates is studied. The specific', analysis of the process of unloading boxes on the conveyor belt and cylinder tank technological innovation is carried oul and a novel transmission separation technology has been also developed, which not only saves c^apital but also improve efficiency.
