摘要
烟草包装机的透明纸供料卷筒更换时,由于原辅材料的制约,会出现新老透明纸卷筒不同心的现象,造成因卷筒定位不准而引起的停机。为此,文中改进了卷筒架心轴结构,由气动控制方式替代平面连杆机构传动,使透明纸卷筒的定位更准确,从而提高机组的有效运行率。
When replacing the cellophane roller in tobacco packers, there exists misalignments between new and old roller, which will lead to the inaccurate roller positioning and cause the machine halt. The structure of cellophane roller shaft is improved by substituting pneumatic control for planar linkage mechanism. The new structure can effectively increase the roller positioning aect, racy and can improve the efficient work rate.
