高温环境下施工双组分丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料配方设计及漆膜病态的解决方案

摘要 采用几种不同酸值和羟值的丙烯酸树脂与HDI多异氰酸酯制备双组分丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料,研究在高温施工环境下树脂酸值和羟值对双组分聚氨酯涂料适用性和施工性能的影响,同时还探讨了如何消除施工中涂膜的病态,设计了该环境下专用的稀释剂配方。 Two-component acrylic polyurethane coatings were prepared by using several aerylie resins with differet acid value and hydroxyl value and HDI polyisoeyanate as raw materials. The influences of the resin acid value and hydroxyl value on two-component polyurelhane coatings applicability and construction performance in high temperature environment were studied. At the same time, how to eliminate the eonstruction process of morbid was also discussed and the environment special diluent formulations was designed.
