电泳漆膜粗糙度的分析与改善对策 被引量:1

摘要 从电泳设备和工艺参数等方面对电泳漆膜粗糙度的影响进行了分析。在电泳工艺方面,试验证明电泳槽液的固体含量调整为18%~23%,颜基比控制在10%~16%,槽液有机溶剂含量控制在2.5%~4.0%,可以改善电泳漆膜的粗糙度。在电泳设备方面,电泳槽体的超滤装置、电泳涂装设备磨损引起的环境清洁度对改善电泳漆膜的粗糙度也是有帮助的。 The influences of Electrophoresis coating roughness were analyzed from the eleetrophoresis eqnipment and process parameters in this paper. In eleclrophoresis process aspect, the results showed thai the eleclrophoresis coating roughness can be improved with eontrol of the eleetrophoresis paint solids content to 18% 23%, the control range of pigment to binder ratio in the 10% - 16%, the organic solvent content of the eleclrophoresis paint is controlled in the range of 2.5% - 4.0%. In electrophoresis equipment, the cleanliness of the environment caused by wear and lear of uhrafiltration device and electrophorelie coating equipment play a role in electrophoresis coaling roughness.
