摘要
大中型建设工程总包项目成功建设和尽早投入使用的关键在于总包单位的项目管理水平和项目控制能力。对于利润日趋微薄的微车行业,投产时间很大程度影响建设单位的市场经营效益,其中涂装生产线的建设进度决定着整体汽车工厂投产进度。本文根据参与的总包长安公司新建微车涂装生产线工程项目,总结微车涂装生产线工程项目进度管理特点及在满足要求工程质量和费用的前提下,如何优化项目进度控制。
The key of success construction and early put into operation for large- or medium-scale EPC projects is on the general contractor project management and control abilily. For the mini-car industry of which prnfil is much more meager ,lay by ,lay, operation time of new prnduclion line greatly influences the market operating efficiency of the owner, in which the paint line construction progress determines the whole atttomobile factory production schedule. In this paper, the project progress management characteristics and nplimization of project progress control were summarized so as to meet with the requirements of the engineering quality and project costs of mini-car paint production line according to the involvement of Chang'an company new mini-car paint line construction.
