基于东北三省的高校学术期刊优先出版现状及发展研究

The Research on Status Quo and Development of the First Publication of Academic Periodicals in Higher Institutions in Northeast China

优先出版作为一种新型的数字出版模式,极大地满足了学术论文对时效性、权威性等多方面的需求,对提升刊物的影响力具有重要的推动作用。目前东北三省的高校学术期刊优先出版工作呈现方兴未艾的状态,但也存在着一些不足和缺陷。高校学术期刊应该把握当前发展的机遇,从学科分布、地域属性等多个方面促进优先出版工作的开展,为科学研究事业的蓬勃发展贡献力量。

As a new digital publication mode first publication greatly satisfies the demands of timeliness and authoritativeness for academic papers,and therefore gives tremendous impetus to the improvement of academic periodicals＇ influence.At present,in Northeast China＇s higher institutions＇ academic periodicals first publication takes the shape of full development,but there are still some deficiencies and drawbacks.Higher institutions＇ academic periodicals should take the chance of the present development and develop from discipline distribution and regional attributes so that they can contribute to the vigorous development in scientific research.
