摘要
课程是实施农村校长培训内容的主要途径和体现校长培训质效的重要载体。农村校长培训课程的建设和优化,应该基于农村中小学校长的实际问题和现实需求切实有效地开展。基于对吉林省农村校长培训的整体认知,建设和优化农村校长培训课程的主要策略是:以人为本设计培训课程目标;构建模块设置培训课程内容;灵活多样运用培训课程方式和科学有效开展培训课程评价。
Curriculum is the major route and important carrier of rural principals' training.The training curriculums' development and optimization of principals in rural areas should be based on principals' actual demands and realistic problems.Based on the whole cognition of rural principals' training in Jilin province,this article regards that the relevant strategies are:set the full-scale curriculum objectives,construct the effective curriculum content,adopt the diverse curriculum implementation,exert the valid curriculum evaluation.
