电信服务水平的内容有多个方面,其发展与经济和技术发展水平、国民生活水平等密切相关。用户满意度和满意率是反映电信服务水平的综合指标。国际电信公司和标准组织都对电信服务水平予以高度重视。中国电信服务水平虽取得了一定发展,但仍有待提高。
The telecom service level is closely related to the national economic , technical and living standards.The degree of customer satisfaction is the general target reflecting the level of telecom service.International telcos and standardization bodies have attached great importance to the telecom service level.The telecom service level in China remains to be raised to a higher level.
