The quality of service (QoS) is gradually becoming an important norm to judge telecom enterprises and also an important means of enterprises to lure customers.Improving quality of the telecom service is the most pressing task for domestic telecom companies.ISO9000 is a series of standards developed by ISO, which is significant to improving QoS.
