多目标短期梯级水电优化调度混合整数模型 被引量:10

摘要 为了充分体现水电优化调度带来的效益,提出了多目标短期梯级水电优化调度的混合整数模型。模型综合考虑水电发电效率和调峰性能,采用了系统中总剩余负荷量和剩余负荷峰谷差两个指标来评价优化方案。针对模型中的多个目标函数以及非线性的机组运行约束,基于模糊隶属度函数和混合整数建模方法,将多目标非线性优化问题转化为单目标混合整数线性规划问题(mixed-integer linear program,MILP),并采用先进的MILP软件包进行求解。通过某地区大规模梯级水电系统的算例分析,结果表明了所提模型的合理性和有效性。 The hybrid integer model of multi-objective optimal short-term scheduling for cascaded hydropower system is proposed, so as to fully realize the benefits of hydropower units. Two indicators which are the total surplus load and difference between peak and valley of the total surplus load are introduced to evaluate the scheduling scheme. This model takes into account both the power generation efficiency and performance of peak regulation of hydropower. Since the multi-objectives and the nonlinear constraints are included in the model, fuzzy membership function and mixed-integer modeling method are applied, and the nonlinear multi-objective optimal problem is transferred into the single-objective mixed integer linear programming (MILP) problem. And the proposed model is solved by the advanced MILP software. Through the analysis of real examples of large-scale cascaded hydropower system, the results show that the proposed model is reasonable and effective.
