摘要 本文设计了一种交流市电直接输入的LED照明驱动系统及芯片.该系统无需AC-DC变换器,同时具有功率因数校正的功能.采用高压BCD工艺进行电路设计和仿真,以脉宽调制(PWM)峰值电流的方式实现LED中电流跟随电压波形,达到提高功率因数的目的.整个系统无需使用大容量电解电容,可大大提高整个LED照明系统的工作寿命.驱动芯片结构简单,易于实现,无需复杂的数字处理单元. This paper presents an AC--direct LED lamp driver scheme and driver IC. It is an AC--DC converter free system with power factor correction. The circuits are designed and simulated by high voltage BCD process. To achieve high power factor, the PWM control of the peak current is used to let the current with same phase as the voltage for LED. The driver system is also bulk electrolytic capacitor free, the life time of LED will be extended. The driver IC has a simple structure without complicated digital process unit, so it is easy to realize.
