摘要 采用超声微波协同法萃取蜂胶中的黄酮类化合物,在单因素和正交实验的基础上得出了最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度65%,料液比1∶15,时间150s,微波功率175W。该提取条件下,蜂胶提取液中总黄酮含量为30.64%,蜂胶提取率为70.38%。与其他提取方法相比,超声微波协同萃取在提取效果上具有明显的优势。 The ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction was adopted to optimize the extraction process of the flavonoids from propolis. The optimum process based on the single factor and orthogonal test was as following .. alcohol concentration 65%, solid-liquid ratio 1 : 15, extraction time 150s, microwave power 175W. Under these conditions,the content of flavonoids and extraction rate of propoils were 30.64% and 70.38%, respectively. Compared with other extraction methods ,the ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction had obvious advantages in the extracting effect.
