摘要
通过建模对比了1 kW和3 kW发射机功放电路的差异,利用双向TVS管的特性将其设计在发射机功放电路中来泄放大的雷电流,并对其电路性能做出了仿真分析。
The differences between 1 kW and 3 kW transmitter power amplifier circuit are compared through modeling, and the two-ways TVS tubes are designed in the power amplifier circuit of the transmitter to discharge the lightning current amplifi- cation using the characteristics of two-ways TVS tubes, and its circuit performance is simulated and analyzed.
