代理制存在一些问题 ,而解决其较好的办法之一是实施“股票期权计划”。尽管目前我国实施“股票期权计划”有一些难点 ,但可采取相应的对策 :国家对有关的证券管理法规与公司法进行必要的修订 ;国家尽快出台有关“股票期权计划”的具体运作规定 ;不断完善企业的财务制度和管理制度 ;建立发达完善的资本市场。

The agent system has some problems. One of the better solution is to carry out “the plan of stock interest in expectancy”. There are some difficulties in carrying out “the plan of stock interest in expectancy” in our country,so we put some countermeasure in this paper.
