摘要
为了提高 PTC热敏电阻器产品的综合电性能 ,通过加入成核剂的方法 ,改变 HDPE(高密度聚乙烯 )的结晶行为 ,结果表明综合电性能有明显的提高 ,在成核剂添加量为 m(HDPE)的 1.3%时 ,使耐 6 5 0 V感应电压冲击次数从原来的 6次提高到 2 4次 ,耐 10 / 10 0 0 μs雷击冲击次数从原来的 7次提高到 2 0次。

When the content of nucleating agent reaches 1 3% of HDPE by weight, withstand of 650 V shock increases from 6 cycles to 24 cycles and of 10/1 000 μs lightning strike from 7 cycles to 20 cycles.
