摘要
合成了一种新型的Eu^(3+)配合物———Eu(BA)_2 (MAA) (Phen) ,并将其作为红光发射材料制备了结构为Glass/ITO/Eu(BA)_2 (MAA) (Phen) /Al的有机电致发光薄膜器件。这种材料具有很强的荧光和很好的单色性且比较强的电致发光。器件的开启电压为 12V。在电压为 2 6V的正向驱动下 ,器件的亮度为 15cd/m^2 ,发光效率为 0 .2 5lm/W。结合测量粉末、薄膜状态下的荧光光谱、激发光谱和电致发光情况下的伏安特性、电光特性曲线及其电致发光光谱 ,对器件的发光机理进行了探讨。
The new complex of Eu(BA)_2(MAA)(Phen) is synthesized and is used as a red light-emitting material in our organic electroluminescent devices with the structure of ITO/TPD/Eu(BA)_2(MAA)(Phen).The brightness of 15 cd/m^2 and luminous efficiency of 0.25 lm/W are achieved at the voltage of 26 V. This material has strong photoluminescence and relatively good electroluminescence along with excellent mono-chromaticity.The mechanism of this EL device is discussed.
