摘要
介绍了钛合金薄壁管道零件成形工艺方法和焊接技术。研究了钛合金薄壁管道零件渐进折弯成形技术,并进行数值模拟,结果表明成形后的零件与标准尺寸零件误差仅为1.8%。
Forming and welding technique method of titanium alloy thin-wall duct parts are introduced. The studies focus on multiple-step air-bending forming technology and numerical simulation of the thin-walled duct parts. The results show that forming error is only 1.8%.
