摘要
以"学期项目与模块化"的教改理念作为课程改革的主要方法,使学生在教师指导下,通过完成一个完整的"工作项目",以岗位需求分析为基础,在项目情境中开展学习,并最终落实到促进学习者有效学习上。教师的组织方式变为教师团队或专家工作室,教学场所融实践与理论学习于一体,满足学生多样化分层次的学习需求。
The term project and modular is the main method of educational concept which helps students to finish a complete working program under the guidance of teacher. Based on post demand analysis, students study in the project situation and promote their learning effectively at last. The teaching organization forms turn to teachers' team or professional studio and practice and theoretical learning are joined together in the teaching place which meets students' learning needs at variety levels.
