对输油管道流量的调节方式进行了简单介绍,明确说明了铁西末站至庆咸首站联络复线目前在用的调节阀进行流量调节的机理,以及在不同的调节阀开度下,插输2#泵的能量损耗与泵体震动发生汽蚀的关系,并探讨了最合适的出口调节阀开度,有助于管道的安全经济运行。

The pipeline flow regulation mode was briefly introduced as well as mechanism of the flow regulation by the regulating valve used in the double connecting pipeline from Tiexi terminal station to Qingxian original station.Under different valve opening degree,the relationship of plug output pump 2#energy loss with the pump cavitation induced by pump body vibration was discussed as well as how to determine the most suitable valve opening degree,which is contribute to safe and economic operation of the pipeline.
