摘要血小板减少引起的黏膜出血是常见的出血性疾病之一,临床上除全身应用止血药及压迫止血外,针对病因或发病机制治疗,许多病例可达到一定效果。但其中还有一些病例,血小板减少时间持续较长,并存在反复出血的表现,而静脉输注血小板未达到理想效果,仍然是临床上面临的难题。
