桥臂病变的临床及病因学研究进展

Clinical and etiology research of pontine brachium lesion

随着神经影像技术的广泛应用,桥臂病变(pontine brachium lesion,PBL)的检出率增加。其病因复杂,涉及脑血管病、神经系统变性疾病、脱髓鞘疾病等几乎所有CNS疾病。一些全身性疾病,包括内分泌及代谢性疾病、中毒、感染及其它疾病,也可导致继发性桥臂受损。PBL可为单侧或双侧,前者多为脑血管病,后者多为CNS变性病、脱髓鞘疾病及代谢性疾病等,其治疗及预后取决于病因。PBL的机制目前尚不十分明确,有待深入研究。

With the extensive application of neuroimaging technology in recent years, the detection rate of pontine braehium lesion（PBL） has increased. Etiological factors of pontine braehium lesions are complicated, which may be involved in all possible central nervous system（CNS） diseases, such as cerebrovaseular diseases, nervous system degeneration and demyelinated diseases. It can be induced by some systemic diseases, for instance, metabolic disorders, poisoning, infection and other diseases that caused secondary pontine braehium lesions. PBL is known to be unilateral and bilateral, the former including mostly cerebrovaseular diseases, the latter including degeneration of CNS, demyelinated diseases and metabolic diseases. In the present review, we analyse the main clinical and etiology of pontine brachium lesions, treatment and prognosis depends on the etiology of pontine brachium lesion. The mechanism of PBL is still unknown and needs further research.
